On Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, a 200‑foot office tower in Chamblee, Georgia, was intentionally demolished by a planned implosion, reducing the structure to a pile of rubble.
The building, which had stood for 45 years in the Atlanta suburb, was removed as part of a demolition effort.
