Boston police arrested Shawn Oliver on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, after a crash in the city that was reported as involving erratic driving and vomiting.
Massachusetts State Police said the driver’s erratic behavior and the act of vomiting were the direct causes of the collision, leading to an operating under the influence charge.
Oliver is currently the Republican candidate for lieutenant governor in the 2026 Massachusetts election.
