The landlord of Faneuil Hall Marketplace has withdrawn several lawsuits it filed against seven current and former tenants, cases that alleged more than $2 million in unpaid rent and fees.
The legal actions, first reported by the Boston Business Journal in August, targeted seven retailers and claimed the unpaid amounts exceeded $2 million. The landlord’s decision to dismiss the suits was made in October 2026.
