The Massachusetts Port Authority received its inaugural barge shipment of sustainable aviation fuel at Logan International Airport on October 29, 2026.
The delivery represents the first barge arrival of this fuel type at the airport and is part of the authority's ongoing efforts to incorporate sustainable aviation fuel to lower emissions at Boston's primary airport.
