More than $38 million in medical debt will be erased for 69,527 residents of eastern Massachusetts during the week of Oct 24–30, 2026. The effort is a partnership led by the Massachusetts Health and Hospital Association that will clear medical balances for eligible residents.
The initiative targets nearly 70,000 people in the region, aiming to remove outstanding medical charges that have accumulated over time.
