A bridge strike reported at 3:20 p.m. on Oct. 16 blocked the eastbound right and center lanes, as well as the right shoulder, on the I-10 Katy Freeway near Hogan Street in Houston.
The incident closed two eastbound lanes. Houston TranStar, which monitors traffic conditions and issues lane‑closure alerts for freeway incidents, issued the alert for the blockage.
