On Friday, the Michelin Guide reported that five eateries in Houston were granted Bib Gourmand recognition, and that the guide did not award any additional Michelin stars in the city.
The guide’s yearly evaluation system distinguishes between stars, which denote the highest level of culinary excellence, and Bib Gourmand honors, which highlight establishments offering quality food at moderate price points.
