Early Tuesday morning, a young woman commuting to work missed a curve and her car rolled into a retention pond in Spring, Texas. Harris County officials responded and rescued the driver from the water.

The incident occurred on September 29, 2026, and officials were able to extract the driver safely after the vehicle entered the pond.
