The Harris County district attorney's office announced on Tuesday that it does not have access to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement vehicle involved in a collision with a man during a pursuit.
The ICE‑operated vehicle was pursuing a suspect when it struck the individual in Harris County, Texas.
The crash has led the district attorney's office to launch an independent investigation into the incident.
