An ICE officer was indicted by Harris County prosecutors for striking a man with his vehicle during a police pursuit. The indictment was filed on Friday, Oct. 30, 2026.

Prosecutors released body‑camera footage and a 911 call that show the officer hitting the man while attempting to stop him during the pursuit.
