Two people were shot dead during a suspected domestic‑violence incident at a residence in north Houston on Oct. 5, 2026, and police have taken the victim’s ex‑boyfriend into custody.
Officers arrived after a family member reported an argument with the ex‑boyfriend at the home, and gunfire was subsequently heard.
The investigation confirmed two fatalities and that the suspect remains detained.
