A Los Angeles Department of Water and Power employee and three other men were charged by Los Angeles County prosecutors for causing more than $170,000 in graffiti damage to buildings in downtown Los Angeles.
The graffiti spree damaged multiple downtown structures, prompting the filing of criminal charges against the four individuals.
