Metrolink announced that one-way ticket prices and the SoCal Day Pass will go up beginning Monday, October 5, 2026. The average rise for single-ride tickets is about 14 percent, while the SoCal Day Pass will cost $19 on weekdays and $12 on weekends and holidays.

Metrolink officials said roughly 80 percent of one-way fares will increase by a dollar or less, and fewer than one percent will see a boost of more than two dollars. This adjustment marks the system's first fare increase in thirteen years.
