Irvine police are searching for a man alleged to have taken a photo up a 23-year-old woman’s shorts while she shopped at the H Mart grocery store on August 9, 2026. The incident occurred at the busy location at Culver Drive and Alton Parkway.
According to the victim, the suspect followed her around the store and attempted to photograph up her shorts.
Investigators have opened a search for the unidentified male suspect.
