Three rescued from flash flood in Pacoima Wash, fourth safe
Three people were rescued from a flash flood in Pacoima Wash and a fourth person was confirmed safe after heavy rain in the San Fernando Valley.

On Thursday morning, heavy rainfall caused the water in Pacoima Wash in the San Fernando Valley to surge, prompting a rescue by the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters pulled three individuals from the rushing water and later confirmed a fourth person was safe.
