Crews from the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power repaired a 6‑inch water main on Varna Avenue, restoring water service to residents after a break reported just after 1 a.m.

The pipe, located in the 5040 block of Varna Avenue, was fixed and water service resumed just after 11 a.m., ending an overnight outage for the Sherman Oaks neighborhood.
