On Oct. 7, a digital video display board collapsed at Riviera Elementary School in Palm Bay, Florida, killing a five‑year‑old boy.

The board fell onto the child, resulting in fatal injuries.

Brevard Public Schools and Riviera Elementary staff called the event a tragic incident.
