Miami-Dade police arrested a suspect on Oct. 12 after an iPhone exchange in Doral escalated into a violent kidnapping and robbery. The suspect is alleged to have pointed a gun at the victim, forced them into a vehicle, and taken the phone.
Officers responded to a call reporting an armed robbery occurring while a buyer and seller were meeting for the transaction. The suspect was taken into custody after the investigation.
