Health inspectors in South Florida reported two separate sanitation incidents on Tuesday. At a golf club in Miami Shores, officials found rodent droppings on clean plates and discovered that fish had been stored at an improper temperature. In Parkland, a café was ordered to close after inspectors observed flying insects in the dining area.
These findings are part of a broader series of recent health inspections that have uncovered sanitation violations at multiple dining establishments across the region.
