All traffic lanes on the Honoré-Mercier Bridge in Montreal were reopened Sunday evening after crews completed emergency repairs on a cracked steel beam.
The Quebec Transport Ministry reported that the damaged beam was fixed over the weekend, ending the partial closure that had been in effect while work was carried out.
