An auxiliary nurse employed at Lakeshore Hospital in Montreal has been stripped of his professional licence and convicted by a Montreal criminal court after taking 800 vials of morphine from the institution.
The court ruling came after an investigation linked the nurse to the missing medication, resulting in both disciplinary and criminal penalties.
