Carney Proposes Montreal or Ottawa for First PSPP Meeting
Mark Carney offered Montreal or Ottawa for the first PSPP meeting, but the PSPP insists on Quebec City, leaving the location undecided.

Mark Carney has suggested that the inaugural PSPP meeting be held in either Montreal or the Ottawa region. The PSPP, however, continues to insist that the event take place in Quebec City.
The dispute over the venue remains unresolved as Carney rejects the Quebec City option while the PSPP maintains its preference.
