Montreal police have taken five men into custody in connection with the November 2023 killing of a 19‑year‑old in the St‑Leonard neighbourhood, while two additional suspects remain at large.
The arrests were carried out in Laval, Longueuil and Montreal. One of the detained individuals is expected to be charged with second‑degree murder, and the other four are expected to face manslaughter charges.
The investigation concerns the homicide that occurred in St‑Leonard in November 2023. Police continue to search for the two remaining suspects.
