The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility announced that Highway 20 in the Boucherville sector will be closed for two separate nights to allow paving work. Closures are scheduled for the night of March 1, 2026 and again on the night of October 2, 2026.
During the week of September 28, 2026, the Louis‑Hippolyte‑La Fontaine tunnel in the same corridor will remain open, providing an alternate route for drivers.
These nighttime closures are intended to minimize disruption while the paving is completed.
