The Quebec Liberal Party has filed a legal challenge to the judicial recount results in the Vachon riding, where its candidate was defeated by three votes.
The challenge concerns both the recount outcome and the handling of rejected ballots, after the recount confirmed the Liberal candidate lost to the Parti Québécois by that narrow margin.
