A 24-year‑old man was seriously injured by a sharp object in an attempted murder on De la Montagne Street near Sainte‑Catherine Street West around 3 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026. He was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police were called to the scene early Saturday morning, but the unidentified suspects fled before officers arrived, according to a police spokesperson, Raphaël Bergeron.
