A man in his 40s fell onto the tracks at Montreal’s Lionel‑Groulx station and was struck by a moving train car around 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2026. He was taken to hospital in critical condition.
The incident occurred on a line operated by the Société de transport de Montréal at the busy commuter hub. Pierre‑Luc Lefrançois of the STM confirmed the seriousness of the injuries.
