A man was seriously injured after being struck by a sharp object on Ontario Street East near Desjardins Avenue in Montreal at about 20:10 on September 29, 2026. The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal responded to the scene after reports of a stabbing‑like injury.
Police arrived on the downtown street following the reports and are handling the incident.
