A 29-year-old man was seriously injured after being stabbed with a sharp object during an armed assault on Saint-Hubert Street near Jean‑Talon Street East in the Rosemont‑La Petite‑Patrie borough of Montreal on the early morning of Oct. 1, 2026.
Montreal police (SPVM) responded to 911 calls reporting the assault and found the victim with serious injuries. The assailant, described as another man, left the scene.
The injured man was taken to a hospital for treatment while police continue their investigation.
