Mayor Soraya Martinez Ferrada and Snow Removal Chief Luis Miranda supervised snow clearing operations on Thursday morning in Montreal. Bright yellow machines were used to remove snow across the city.

The work is part of Montreal's annual winter snow clearing program, which is overseen by the mayor and the municipal snow removal department.
