Business owners on Jean‑Talon Street say pedestrian crossings have fallen by roughly ninety percent after the 141 bus was rerouted to accommodate construction of the Metro’s Blue line extension.
The change to the 141 route was made as part of the Blue line extension project, and the sharp decline in foot traffic is being reported by merchants along the street.
