The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal announced that fifteen new resources will be deployed to combat sexual exploitation during the week of October 12, 2026.
The move follows a recent broadcast by the television program Enquête that exposed sexual exploitation in the city.
The additional resources are intended to expand the police force’s capacity to address the issue.
