Montreal police said they will introduce fifteen new resources aimed at combating sexual exploitation during the week of October 10‑16, 2026.
The announcement follows a recent episode of the television program Enquête that highlighted cases of sexual exploitation in the city.
The department indicated that the addition will expand its anti‑exploitation units to better address the problem.
