The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal announced it will introduce fifteen additional resources to its sexual exploitation unit during the week of October 13, 2026. The expansion follows a recent episode of the television program Enquête that highlighted cases of sexual exploitation in the city.
The added resources are intended to strengthen the unit’s capacity to address the issue uncovered by the broadcast investigation.
