The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) announced that it will introduce fifteen new resources during the week of October 12, 2026 to strengthen its fight against sexual exploitation.
The expansion comes after the television program Enquête aired a report exposing sexual exploitation issues in the city, prompting the police to increase its anti‑exploitation efforts.
