The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) announced it will introduce fifteen new resources to combat sexual exploitation during the week of October 12, 2026.
The announcement follows a recent episode of the television program Enquête that highlighted the problem of sexual exploitation in Montreal.
The new resources are intended to strengthen the police response to the issue uncovered by the televised investigation.
