City official Martinez Ferrada said the municipal administration will improve snow removal this winter and increase pothole repairs in the spring.
The announcement comes after the 2025‑2026 winter season was marked by numerous snow‑clearing problems and a record number of potholes, which drew criticism of previous efforts.
The administration aims to address those shortcomings during the upcoming winter and the following spring.
