Police from the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal announced an investigation after discovering stolen tools concealed inside a residence in a quiet Montreal neighbourhood on Thursday evening.

Investigators found a variety of household and workshop tools hidden throughout the home, prompting the inquiry. A spokesperson, Daniel Renaud, confirmed the case is under review.
