Callum McCadden, a volunteer from Scotland, moved to Montreal to learn French while offering free assistance to strangers as a personal challenge to curb digital disengagement. Since his arrival, he has helped 28 people with their digital needs.
His effort is part of a broader push to promote volunteer initiatives that address growing disengagement with technology across the city.
