Montreal police have filed charges against two teenagers for their alleged role in a September 24 shooting that injured two people at an outdoor gathering in Rivière-des-Prairies.

The incident unfolded when a vehicle stopped near a crowd and a suspect opened fire from the passenger side, wounding an 18-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman.

Following the shooting, police arrested five individuals and have now brought charges against the two teenagers.
