State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli’s Office of the New York State Comptroller released an economic snapshot on Oct. 23, 2026 that documents significant growth in jobs and private‑sector businesses in the Southeast Queens neighborhoods of Ozone Park, Woodhaven, Richmond Hill and Howard Beach over the ten‑year period ending in 2024.
The report constitutes the first decade‑long data set on employment and business expansion for these areas, covering the years 2014 through 2024.
