The Forward Party Victory Fund will begin a text‑message outreach on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026, to promote an independent candidate for the U.S. House in Pennsylvania’s 3rd congressional district.
The effort is aimed at raising awareness and support for the independent candidate, State Rep. Chris Rabb, as he competes against the Democratic nominee.
The campaign is funded by the Forward Party Victory Fund, the independent‑expenditure arm of the Forward Party, as part of its strategy to back candidates outside the two major parties.
