At 4:04 a.m. on Sunday, a gray 2012 Honda Accord collided with a construction crane on a closed northbound I‑95 ramp at the intersection of Delaware Avenue and Lombard Street in Philadelphia, resulting in three injuries. The Philadelphia Police Department arrived to manage the scene.
The ramp was shut for construction work when the vehicle struck the crane, and no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
