ADOT launched the next stage of I-10 widening near Loop 202 as part of its effort to boost capacity and traffic flow in the Phoenix‑Casa Grande corridor.

The Arizona Department of Transportation began the next phase of widening Interstate 10 between Phoenix and Casa Grande near Loop 202 on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026.
Marcy McMacken of ADOT noted the work continues the agency’s plan to increase I-10 capacity and improve traffic flow along the Phoenix‑Casa Grande corridor.
