Attorney General Kris Mayes has asked Arizona regulators to examine a technical study that claims a data center is passing electricity costs onto Arizona Public Service customers, resulting in higher utility bills.
Arizona Public Service says the study's allegations of a cost shift are misleading and has urged the Arizona Corporation Commission to conduct an immediate review of the matter.
