Director Tom Collins of the Clean Elections Commission testified before the Arizona Supreme Court in Phoenix, stating that the two Green Party candidates under a campaign‑finance fraud investigation are harming themselves by suing the commission and vilifying public servants.
The commission, which enforces Arizona’s campaign finance laws, said the candidates are facing fraud investigations while simultaneously challenging the agency in court.
