Councilwoman Ann O'Brien announced a youth mural design competition to mark the 50th anniversary of the Cholla Library branch in Phoenix, Arizona.
The contest invites young artists to create a mural for the library, which opened in 1976 and is celebrating its half‑century milestone this year.
