The Jefferson House is set to launch a new venue in West Valley, Phoenix, featuring three separate restaurants, a bakery and a bar. The opening is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

The development forms part of a new dining hub in the West Valley that is modeled after the Churchill area.
