A pedestrian who was pushing a bicycle was struck by a vehicle and died on Interstate 10 near 79th Avenue in west Phoenix on Oct. 8, 2026, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

The department reported the fatal collision on the major highway in Phoenix.
