The City of Phoenix announced Friday that it will begin disconnecting water service for customers with overdue balances, ending the moratorium that was in place during the COVID pandemic.
The move is aimed at enforcing payment on delinquent accounts now that the temporary suspension of shutoffs has been lifted.
